Accommodation only for STUDENTS between 20 and 35 years old.

- September to January
- February to June
- July and August - single months

Utilities (60 €/month) and obligatory weekly cleaning (70 €/month) not included in the price.

Fully furnished private room with double bed (180 cm). Central heating and electric fan. It has all the essentials for a pleasant stay, storage space, large desk, bed linen and towels, wifi connection, as well as, in the common areas you will find a large fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery, washing machine, ironing board, etc... It also has two complete bathrooms with shower and a dining room/lounge with balcony to the outside, from where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the Ruzafa neighbourhood. You can also count on our 24/7 multilingual student service.
