The room is private for single use and features a 180 cm double bed with an exterior view and a small balcony inside the room. It is fully furnished and equipped with central heating and an electric fan. It includes everything necessary for a comfortable stay: storage space, a large desk ideal for studying, bed linen and towels, and Wi-Fi connection. In the common areas you will find a spacious fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, kitchen utensils, dishes and cutlery, washing machine and ironing board. The accommodation also has two full bathrooms with shower and one half bathroom, as well as a dining/living room with an exterior balcony available to all guests of the apartment (for the five rooms), where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the Ruzafa neighborhood. In addition, we offer a multilingual student support service available 24/7.
