The building is located in the neighbourhood called El Cabanyal. This typical valencian seaside district is known for its singular streets and history and it is remarkable for its proximity to the sea (just 15 minutes walking). In addition, it is very well connected with the rest of the city, having the metro and the bus stops at less than a 5-minute walking distance from the building. Moreover, it takes just a 2-minute walk to get to the coworking space WayCo Cabanyal.
It is a nice room with a single bed and a balcony with a view on the street.

All rooms have a comfortable bed, bedside table, desk, chair and lamp for working and a wardrobe for storing clothes. You will share with other colivers a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with shower and access to a small gallery where the washing machine is located. The flat is fully equipped with a television, air conditioning, central heating, fast Wi-Fi, fridge, washing machine, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.
